Strawberry ice cream year round? Yep. We do it. Some of our best friends can’t live without it, and, we really couldn’t look them in the eye and say “Sure thing, you can have it 4 weeks a year.” The other part of the whole “strawberries in February thing” is that organic frozen strawberries can be delicious- Fragrant, juicy, sweet, and just as strawberry-e as their local early summer cousins. So, when the strawberries are popping up around the corner, we buy all we can get our hands on and make a seasonal variety. When they’re gone, we can still rock an awesome Neopolitan on Throwback Thursday…
